Terms and Conditions of Use
Welcome to 8 PER TE. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our "8 PER TE — Postura" service and access to the digital fitness program available through the 8 PER TE application.
By reading and accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not accept all the terms and conditions, please do not use the service.
8 PER TE — Postura is a structured 8-week digital fitness program with daily 8-minute sessions, designed to improve posture through targeted exercises.
The service is delivered digitally through the 8 PER TE application, accessible on mobile devices and the web after purchase and payment.
Important: The 8 PER TE program is not medical advice nor medical treatment. It does not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Before starting any exercise program, consult your doctor, especially if you have pre-existing physical conditions or pain.
The 8 PER TE program is available through a one-time payment of €154 (subject to applicable promotions or discounts).
Payment is processed exclusively through Stripe, an internationally certified secure payment platform. During the purchase process, you enter your payment credentials directly into the Stripe platform.
No recurring subscription, automatic charge or auto-renewal is provided. The purchase is a one-time payment. After payment, you will not be charged again for the program.
After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details and the invoice for the purchase.
As this is a digital product, access to the program is immediate upon completion of payment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. Do not share your password with others. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
You may access the program from multiple devices using the same credentials, in accordance with the terms of use of the 8 PER TE application.
In accordance with European law (Directive 2011/83/EU), as a consumer you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase.
However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal before performance begins.

Clearly communicate your intention to withdraw from the purchase. We will process your request within 14 days and proceed with the refund.
In addition to the rights granted by law, 8 PER TE offers a voluntary commercial guarantee, called the "Method Guarantee", which allows the Customer to obtain a full refund of the price paid under specific, objectively verifiable conditions.
This commercial guarantee is offered directly by the Seller (Marco Mazzanti, VAT 01781320385) and adds to — without replacing or limiting in any way — the protections provided by Italian and EU consumer law. In particular, this guarantee does not replace or limit the right of withdrawal under articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, where applicable, nor the legal warranty of conformity under articles 128 et seq. of the same Code.
If the Customer, after completing the 8 PER TE program in the manner described below, does not perceive any benefit (in terms of mobility, posture, reduced stiffness, or body awareness), the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the price paid for the program.
The guarantee is activated exclusively for Customers who have reached an adherence equal to or greater than 88% to the program within the first 56 days from the effective start of the program.
"Effective start of the program" means the first day on which the Customer initiates the execution of any exercise within the "8 per te — Postura e Respiro" app (i.e. the first time the Customer presses play on an exercise video). The 56-day count and adherence calculation therefore do NOT start from the purchase date nor from the account activation date, but from this first actual workout. This date is automatically recorded by the system and displayed in the Customer's personal area.
"Adherence" means the percentage of exercises actually performed out of the total exercises scheduled for the Customer in the first 56 days from the effective start of the program. An exercise is considered "performed" when it has been opened and completed within the "8 per te — Postura e Respiro" app. The calculation is automatic and based on the data recorded by the exercise execution application.
The Customer can view daily, weekly and cumulative adherence in real time, along with the effective start date of the program, by accessing their personal area on 8perte.com, updated daily.
To exercise the guarantee, the Customer must send a written request to info@8perte.com, with subject "Refund Request 8 PER TE", containing:
The request must be sent between day 56 and day 90 from the effective start of the program (first workout performed in the app). Requests submitted before day 56 or after day 90 cannot be accepted under this guarantee.
The Seller verifies the Customer's adherence data within 5 business days of receiving the request and communicates the outcome (acceptance or denial) by email.
If accepted, the full refund of the price paid is processed within 2 business days of communication, through the same payment method used for the purchase (Stripe gateway). The actual time of credit depends on the Customer's bank or payment circuit and is normally between 5 and 10 business days.
If denied due to failure to reach the adherence threshold, the Seller transparently communicates to the Customer the actual adherence percentage recorded.
Following the refund, the Customer's access to the "8 per te — Postura e Respiro" app is revoked. The Customer therefore loses access to the video content and to any weeks not yet completed.
The Method Guarantee does not apply:
The program remains accessible to the Customer for 16 weeks (112 days) from the date of activation, a period during which the Customer has plenty of time to complete the journey even with occasional breaks due to personal commitments, family events, illness or injury. For this reason, this guarantee does not provide for dedicated exceptions for such circumstances.
Any changes to this guarantee will apply exclusively to purchases made after the date of publication of the new conditions. Customers who have already purchased are covered by the version of the guarantee in force at the time of purchase.
The 8 PER TE program is an educational fitness program and does not constitute medical advice. Marco Mazzanti and his team are not physicians and do not provide diagnoses, treatments or medical care.

The information and content of the 8 PER TE program are not a substitute for professional medical advice and must not lead you to delay or forgo any healthcare consultation that has been recommended to you or that you feel you need.
Start the program gently, respecting your starting level. Do not force the intensity or duration of exercises in the first days: the philosophy of 8 PER TE is the minimum effective dose, not maximal effort. Increase progressively only if your body allows it, without exceeding your capabilities.
If during the execution of an exercise you experience any of the following symptoms, stop the activity immediately and, if necessary, contact a doctor:
Self-monitoring during practice is an integral part of safe physical exercise. The Customer is responsible for stopping or moderating the activity according to their own bodily sensations.
The service is provided "as is". Marco Mazzanti does not guarantee specific results. Results vary depending on many personal factors, including effort, frequency of exercise execution, initial physical condition and adherence to the program.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, and except in cases of fraud or gross negligence, Marco Mazzanti and 8 PER TE shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the program, including any physical injury. This limitation does not affect the mandatory rights granted to consumers by Italian law, in particular by the Consumer Code, nor liability for damages caused by defective products under applicable regulations.
All content of the 8 PER TE program, including but not limited to:
are the exclusive property of Marco Mazzanti and are protected by Italian and international copyright law.
By purchasing the program, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content exclusively for your personal, private and non-commercial use.
Without limitation, you may not:
Failure to comply with these restrictions will result in immediate revocation of the license and legal action.
During the purchase process, you may choose to receive marketing communications, program updates and promotions related to 8 PER TE services.
Subscribing to marketing communications is completely optional and is not required to use the purchased program.

Regardless of your marketing preferences, you will receive essential communications related to your account, such as payment confirmations, access instructions and critical security updates.
Marco Mazzanti reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If you do not accept the changes, immediately cease use of the service.
These Terms and Conditions and any contracts arising from the purchase of 8 PER TE are governed by Italian law, in particular by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
For any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of the service, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bologna, Italy. Where the user qualifies as a consumer, mandatory protections under EU consumer law and the courts of the consumer's place of residence remain unaffected.
