Terms and Conditions of Use
Welcome to 8 PER TE. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our "8 PER TE — Postura" service and access to the digital fitness program available through the 8 PER TE application.
By reading and accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not accept all the terms and conditions, please do not use the service.
8 PER TE — Postura is a structured 8-week digital fitness program with daily 8-minute sessions, designed to improve posture through targeted exercises.
The service is delivered digitally through the 8 PER TE application, accessible on mobile devices and the web after purchase and payment.
Important: The 8 PER TE program is not medical advice nor medical treatment. It does not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Before starting any exercise program, consult your doctor, especially if you have pre-existing physical conditions or pain.
The 8 PER TE program is available through a one-time payment of €154 (subject to applicable promotions or discounts).
Payment is processed exclusively through Stripe, an internationally certified secure payment platform. During the purchase process, you enter your payment credentials directly into the Stripe platform.
No recurring subscription, automatic charge or auto-renewal is provided. The purchase is a one-time payment. After payment, you will not be charged again for the program.
After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details and the invoice for the purchase.
As this is a digital product, access to the program is immediate upon completion of payment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. Do not share your password with others. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
You may access the program from multiple devices using the same credentials, in accordance with the terms of use of the 8 PER TE application.
In accordance with European law (Directive 2011/83/EU), as a consumer you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase.
However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal before performance begins.

The 8 PER TE program is an educational fitness program and does not constitute medical advice. Marco Mazzanti and his team are not physicians and do not provide diagnoses, treatments or medical care.

The service is provided "as is". Marco Mazzanti does not guarantee specific results. Results vary depending on many personal factors, including effort, frequency of exercise execution, initial physical condition and adherence to the program.
In no event shall Marco Mazzanti or 8 PER TE be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the program, including physical injury.
All content of the 8 PER TE program, including but not limited to:
are the exclusive property of Marco Mazzanti and are protected by Italian and international copyright law.
By purchasing the program, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content exclusively for your personal, private and non-commercial use.
Without limitation, you may not:

During the purchase process, you may choose to receive marketing communications, program updates and promotions related to 8 PER TE services.
Subscribing to marketing communications is completely optional and is not required to use the purchased program.

Regardless of your marketing preferences, you will receive essential communications related to your account, such as payment confirmations, access instructions and critical security updates.
Marco Mazzanti reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If you do not accept the changes, immediately cease use of the service.
These Terms and Conditions and any contracts arising from the purchase of 8 PER TE are governed by Italian law, in particular by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
For any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of the service, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bologna, Italy. Where the user qualifies as a consumer, mandatory protections under EU consumer law and the courts of the consumer's place of residence remain unaffected.
